After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with some instruction on the meditation.
Starting from the night of Sunday 23 you will receive your daily gratitude meditation to practice next day.
Each session is 30 min long with a 20 min meditation.

With Thanksgiving approaching, we’ll all soon be taking time to acknowledge what we’re grateful for. It’s a nice gesture, of course, but why do we do it? What good is gratitude?
Gratitude is something that we can practice and cultivate daily through out the year.
Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, specially optimism and happiness. It relishs good experiences, and build strong relationships. It make us more helpful, generous, compassionate and more forgiving. It makes us feel less lonely and isolated.
Graitude is an affirmation of goodness. It changes the prospective on life. Also with gratitude we recognize that the sources of this goodness comes form inside and outside of ourselves. It incourages us to become better people while recognize all the beautiful qualities we already have. We then acknowledge that other people or even higher powers ( if you’re of a spiritual/religious mindse) contritbuite to the goodness of our life.
Let's start this Thanksgiving season the practice of Gratitude in our Meditation practice and in our Life.
