OPEN LEVEL YOGA

Biweekly RECORDEDÂ Online Yoga Classes
This class is for students who have some experience and look for growth in the practice of asana, pranayama and yogic techniques such as drishti, bandhas, mudras. During the Open level class students will receive beginner to advanced options for some of the challenging asanas. We will explore inversions and arm balancing: for some students it will be only a beginner preparation, while for other students will be the full expression of the asana (pose).
A new class is recorded on Tuesday and Thursday each week.
You can practice at your convenient time with the recording which will be sent
by the end of the day on Tuesday and Thursday.
Each recording will be available for viewing for one week.

OPEN/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA

The Open/Intermediate level Vinyasa class explores practices of more intermediate level asanas while offering easier variations.

These classes always starts with an intention, pranayama and ends with final relaxation and meditation (silent, or using mantra, and mudra).
A new class is recorded each weekend.
You can practice at your convenient time with the recording which will be sent
by the end of the day on Sunday.
Each recording will be available for viewing for one week.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA

The Intermediate level Vinyasa class explores practices of intermediate level asanas while offering still offering easier variations.

BASIC/OPEN LEVEL YOGA CLASS

More than Basic
Weekly RECORDED virtual Basic Yoga class.
This class is for you, if you like a basic class with some more open level options, and new explorations. Also this is a great class if you have taken a break for a while and are ready to restart your practice. .

BASIC LEVEL YOGA CLASS

For beginners and not

This class is for you, if you are a beginner student or a student that is interested in details on use of props, alignment and variations of poses as well as techniques of breathing exercises and meditation.

CHAIR/DESK YOGA CLASS
All Levels
Everyone at home and in the office
Weekly RECORDED
This class is for you, if you are interested in a yoga break at your desk or would like to use a chair for the practice of yoga. The length of classes varies. You can request a 20 min or 45 min class. All classes include techniques of poses, breathing exercises and meditation.
