VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that starts with Surya Namaskar (traditional, or/and A & B Sun Salutations) and links the asanas (poses) together with a flow and with half Vinyasa transitions (part of Surya Namaskar A/B). Each pose is held for few breaths to give the student the time to work on the alignment, proper breathing, drishti, and bandhas. It includes Pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation. Choose your level: basic, basic/open, open, open/intermediate, or intermediate.
HATHA FLOW
Hatha Flow Yoga may or may not start with a traditional Surya Namaskar and doesn't usually includes Chaturanga Dandasana or Ashtanga Vinyasa style transitions. We hold the asanas (poses) as per tradition for few breaths.
Hatha Flow Yoga classes are open level class suitable for all level students .
It includes Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (yogic poses), Relaxation and Meditation.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga Practice is open to all. It may or not include traditional Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). It is a traditional approach to Yoga Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breathing exercises). It ends with Savanasa (Final Relaxation) and meditation.
Chair/Desk Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which asana (poses) and movements are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is also a great practice that can be done anytime during the day while at the desk to release tension and stress from body and mind. It includes pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation. Open to all.
