Vision Board Workshop

A vision board is simply a visual collage of images and words that represent your goals and dreams in life.

Why a vision board?

1. When you decide to start a vision board, you are called to bring clarity about your dreams and goals.

Many times we don’t get to live our highest possibilities because we don’t know what we want. If you observe your mind, you will see how many contradicting desires we have and how much confusion is within us.

When you need to choose what photos/images and words you are placing on the vision board, you will become clear about what you truly want.

2. Once the vision board is done, you will see it every day, many times a day and that will be a reminder to you of where you are going. When you are called to make a decision, the vision board will guide to the answer. You will ask your self: “is this choice going to take me closer or farther away from my dreams and goals?”. Sometimes the decision has to do with an action, sometimes with a thought, and other times with a mental or emotional state.

3. Then, yes, there is a third reason for making a vision board: the law of attraction. What you focus on, you will attract. Our thoughts have a vibration that will attract people, situations and events to fulfill our vision.

What will you be experiencing during the workshop?

1. The workshop starts with a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) to clean the canvas of the mind, relax the body and connect to your true heart desires. Yoga Nidra is a very power ancient technique of meditation.

2. You will be invited to reflection and to formulate clearly your heart desires, dreams and goals by contemplating on some questions. Time for journaling!

3. Last part of the workshop is the creation of the vision board. You will have two options:

1. ⁃ to work on a physical cardboard, use markers, pen, glue and magazines photos or printed images
2. ⁃ use your laptop/computer and create a digital vision board (I will assist you with it).

Once you sign up, please let me know what modality you are choosing and I will email more information.

If you choose the physical cardboard you and take a photo of it to use it in different places. If you choose the digital version and wish a physical copy, you can print it later on. It is more what feels best for you and/or more practical to you. (Do you have a printer? Do you have enough magazines? Are comfortable with working on your laptop/computer?).
